Changes To This Agreement
Review this agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any changes to this agreement, do not use, access, or continue to access the site, or discontinue any use of the site immediately.
Who May Use
To the extent prohibited by applicable law, BOLTWIRE does not allow use of our services and website by anyone younger than 16 years old. No information collected from children is knowingly used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside FAST Missions. No part of our site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 16. If you learn that anyone younger than 16 has unlawfully provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
Only one user per account please. Each person should have their own user name and id.
We may terminate your access to the site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and loss of all information associated with you. All provisions of this agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Our site is a Christian site, and all member interaction should be in harmony with basic Christian ethics and practices. In particular:
- You will not post unauthorized commercial advertisements or communications of any kind (ie, spam).
- You will not collect users' content or information, using automated means without our prior permission.
- You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
- You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
- You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any member.
- You will not post content that could be considered hate speech, that is threating, or incites violence.
- You will not post content that contains nudity or sexually explicit language.
- You will not use our site to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
- You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the normal working or appearance of our site, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other site functionality.
- You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this statement or our policies.
Any violation of these policies could result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
When creating an account with our site, you give us permission to send you notifications and other communications from time to time. The communications you receive can change at any time, by you performing certain actions at the site--such as joining a class, showing interest in a service, or opting out of specific lists.
You agree to only use an email account that is owned by you, and not to use a false email, or the email of another person. You also agree to keep your email current so we can notify you as permitted by your mail settings.
You may manage the communications you receive from us on our subscriptions page. To opt out of all communications, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you, or by sending your request by email to: email@example.com.
Providing security for the personal information you submit via our site is a priority for us. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to; or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction; of your personally identifying information. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) where appropriate. Please be aware, however, that no transmission of information via the Internet can be entirely secure, nor can we guarantee its security. You should, therefore, always use caution when submitting personal information online.
It is your responsibility to carefully protect your login password. Should you disclose that information (intentionally or not), FAST will not be held responsible for any losses to you as a result. Even with careful protection of your password, no site can guarantee invulnerability to intrusions to our server or system, due to the malicious and/or illegal efforts of others. FAST will not be held responsible for such breaches to our security.
Should we become aware of a security breach that comprises personal data associated with you, we will make every effort to contact you within 72 hours of discovering that breach.
The site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by BoltWire Services and are protected by international copyright, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. BOLTWIRE is given implied permission to use any information submitted to the site by visitors or members in any way it deems appropriate--including but not limited to testimonials, ideas for improvement, and photographs.
We try to keep our site operational, bug-free, and secure, but you use it at your own risk. We are providing WWW.BOLTWIRE.COM as is without any express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will always be safe or error-free or that it will always function without disruptions, delays or imperfections.
BOLTWIRE is not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties, and you release us, our directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against any such third parties.
We will not be liable to you for any lost profits or other consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of WWW.BOLTWIRE.COM. Our aggregate liability arising out of this statement or your use of WWW.BOLTWIRE.COM will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months. You agree to bring any and all actions within one year from the date of the accrual of the cause of action, and that actions brought after this date will be barred.
This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of North Dakota, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
