BoltWire has opted to focus on case insensitivity, to make it easier to get pages to connect with each other. That is, links like some.page, SOME.PAGE, and even SoMe.PaGe all go to the same page. This is done by converting all page names, and links, to lower case.
If you wish to turn off this feature, simply set in your config file:
Note, you will immediately lose case sensitivity, but you will gain the option of saving different pages with different capitalization patterns in their page names.
If you wish to create automatic links to pages, like many wiki's, you can create various markup rule based on your desire (with or without wikiwords enabled). For example, the following markup rule added to a config file will allow you to automatice convert text like Some.Page to a link:
MarkUp('links', 'wikiwords', '/([a-zA-Z](?:\.[a-zA-Z])+)/e', 'BOLTMlinks("$1")'); WiKi.WoRdS
Other possibilities also exist... For example, a pattern could be generated to take a traditional CamelCase like SomePage, send it to a custom function, and then output a link to some.page. The limits are your imagination.
