While we have tried to make BoltWire as easy for new users to create websites as possible, you will likely have occasional questions. And to tap into the many powerful features hidden in BoltWire just beneath the surface, you will need to ask a few more! As a result, we offer several sources of support:
Free Support
- Explore our online documentation. We have a good number of tutorials with information on most of BoltWire's features. And the extensions area has scores of ready made plugins for specific needs. Our site is also indexed, so feel free to search its content for specific answers.
- Use our mailing list at Google. Chances are someone has already asked your question, and it's been answered. Our archives are open to the public, and searchable--so you are welcome to browse them. Better still, join the list. It's the best way to get answers fast. Plus you can participate in discussions about the future development of BoltWire, or offer suggestions for its improvement. Currently, mail traffic is not excessive and our group is friendly. We look forward to meeting you online.

Need help customizing BoltWire for some special task? Please submit your request to the mailing list above and one of the developers using BoltWire will be happy to pull together the code you need for a small fee to cover the time involved. BoltWire is designed to be extremely easy to extend. Whatever your need, it can probably be done very quickly by someone familiar with the code. Save yourself a few hours.
