Support

While we have tried to make BoltWire as easy for new users to create website as possible, you will likely have occasional questions. And to tap into the many powerful features in BoltWire hidden just beneath the surface, you will need to ask a few more! As a result, we offer several sources of support:

Free Support

  1. The quickest step is to use BoltWire's internal help system. For information about "time" just add &help=time to any BoltWire URL. You'll get a quick list of relevant functions and brief notes. It's a great way to get info fast! If not an admin, you will get a simple help screen with editing notes. Go ahead, try it on this page: help:time

  2. Explore our Documentation. We have a series of pages to help you get started, information on most of BoltWire's features, and several helpful tutorials. And our Extensions area has scores of ready made plugins for specific needs. Our site is also indexed, so feel free to use the search link.

  3. Use our mailing list at Google. Chances are someone has already asked your question, and it's been answered. Our archives are open to the public, so you are welcome to browse them. Better still, join the list. It's the best way to get answers fast. Plus you can participate in discussions about the future development of BoltWire, or offer suggestions for improvement. Currently, mail traffic is not excessive and our group is friendly. We look forward to meeting you online.
