Backlinks are a list of pages that link to a page. BoltWire can do this easily using the search function.
Will give you a list of pages linking to Solutions

Like this:
No search results found.
Another option is to create a page called action.backlinks with the following content:
<code>No search results found.</code>
Then simply call the action from any page with a link like the following:
<code>Backlinks</code>
